Open source tools we use in the lab


We are proponents of open science and open code. We strive to make our tools available and want to highlight tools that other have developed that have changed our ability to do efficient, robust, and reproducible research:

Video acquisition:
We primarily use Imaging Source & White Matter cameras for video acquisition.

We also have in-house software available for multi-camera control of IC cameras: https://github.com/AdaptiveMotorControlLab/Camera_Control
